What is tablet / coated tablet?

A tablet is a pharmaceutical oral dosage form or solid unit dosage form. Tablets may be defined as the solid unit dosage form of medicament or medicaments with suitable excipients and prepared either by molding or by compression.

Tablet Advantage :

1. Tablets can be produced on a large scale and at very high production speeds so they are cheaper
2. Having the correct dosage of each tablet or unit of use
3. During the production process of distribution and usage is easier
4. Easy in packing and transportation
